Velvet Sky departs from the NWA

Former Impact Wrestling star Velvet Sky announced on X that she will no longer be working for the NWA moving forward.

“Going forward, I will no longer be a part of the @NWA,” Sky said. “I wanna thank Billy for the opportunity, & thank you to each person I worked with as it was so much fun & I learned so much from Joe & Tim on commentary. I wish the NWA my best with everything. See you all down the road.”

Sky joined the company in 2021 as a color commentator following a short stint in Ring of Honor and a long career with Impact Wrestling.

Speaking of which, Sky will return to Impact Wrestling tonight for the tapings of Impact 1,000th episode, an episode which will air on Thursday night on AXS TV.
