The Rock’s iconic Brahma Bull tattoo gets a face lift

The Rock’s iconic Brahma Bull tattoo is getting a “face lift,” as Dwayne Johnson revealed in a post on Instagram.

DJ said that this bull has been part of his DNA for two decades after he got it when he was “just a kid.” The tattoo, he explained, also became his symbol of strength, resilience, heart, power and defiance to so many people around the world.

“I got this tattoo when I was just a kid. Now I need it to reflect me as a man. All my ink is a rite of passage and spiritual,” Johnson wrote.

The very important job of touching up the Brahma Bull tattoo was entrusted to Nikko Hurtado, who does ink for the Black Anchor Collective in Los Angeles, California.
