Court documents show that a law enforcement officer witnessed the alleged outburst by Sytch, saying that she raised a pair of scissors in the air towards her partner and threatened to kill him. In the report, the police officer said that Sytch appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The partner, who was described in the report as “intimate partner,” did not suffer any injuries.

Sytch was arrested on January 13 and hit with two charges of unlawfully possessing a weapon and one charge of making a terrorist threat.
