Hulk Hogan’s son Nick was arrested yesterday in Clearwater, Florida and charged with DUI at around 4AM.

TMZ.COM reports that when police stopped him on suspicion of driving under the influence, he refused to submit to a sobriety test. Nick attended a bikini contest at his father’s bar and restaurant Hogan’s Hangout just hours before he was arrested.

Nick was previously involved in a car crash in 2007 when he was 17 years old, a crash which left his friend and passenger with a serious brain injury. He served an eight-month sentence for his actions.
