Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has been named by Forbes Magazine as the top-grossing actor of 2013 with a total of $1.3 billion in box office revenue, beating out Robert Downey Jr, and Steve Carell in the top 3.

Johnson had hits with Fast & Furious 6, GI Joe: Retaliation, Pain & Gain, and Empire State, all of which contributed to the massive $1.3 billion in gross revenue, beating out Robert Downey Jr who ranked second with $1.2 billion.

The former WWE champion however did not earn the most, with Downey Jr getting that title by a $29 million difference in total.

Things are not slowing down for The Rock either as next year he has the big Hercules movie and the planned Fast & Furious 7 movie coming out as well.
