Bray Wyatt hints at return: “Patience. It’s almost time”

Former WWE champion Bray Wyatt once again hinted at a return on Twitter, saying it is now “almost time” and will remind everyone why they know his name.

While obviously he did not speculate as to where he is returning, it’s interesting to note that he changed his name on Twitter to Wyatt 6, while his username remains @Windham6. The name Bray Wyatt remains owned by WWE as a trademark and he would be unlikely be able to use that name outside WWE unless WWE handed over the trademark.

“Everything good that’s ever happened to me, first came a period horrible suffering. I never ask why, I just wait for the rough part to end,” he wrote. “I was chosen for whatever reason. And I’ve got shit to do. It doesn’t hurt anymore, it burns. I’m ready now.”

A second tweet said that he’s tired of watching and tired of hearing irrelevant clowns speculate how he’ll be perceived.

“Tired of hearing about my greed, my desire questioned. Wherever and whenever I decide to return, I’ll remind everyone why they know my name. Again. And again. Believe in me.”

A third tweet then simply had, “Patience. It’s almost time.”

The 35-year-old was surprisingly released from WWE at the end of July 2021. He last wrestled at WrestleMania 37, losing to Randy Orton, and then made one final appearance during a Firefly Fun House segment.

His whole wrestling career has been solely within the WWE system and was fully trained by the company since his developmental days in 2009.
