Report: Warner Bros. Discovery wants more AEW pay-per-views

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Wrestling is reporting through his Select service that Warner Bros. Discovery is proposing that AEW expands its pay-per-view offering to one a month rather than the just five they run every year.

Currently AEW has Revolution in March, Double or Nothing in May, Forbidden Door in June, All Out in September, and Full Gear in November.

This year, AEW will also present All In, although at this point it’s not known yet if this will be a pay-per-view or a TV or streaming special.

Sapp adds that there has been nothing finalized as of yet as talks remain ongoing between the two companies over a new television deal.

AEW’s current TV deal with WBD expires at the end of the year but WBD has an option year they can trigger.
