Report: MJF believed to have re-signed with AEW

Nick Hausman of Haus of Wrestling is reporting that there have been no talks between WWE and MJF and the belief is that the current AEW World champion has re-signed with the company.

MJF has been teasing a 2024 bidding war as his contract was set to expire in January 2024 but that narrative has not been pushed lately and MJF is sitting pretty with the title on a run of his career at the moment.

The popular star had said in a recent interview that Tony Khan is desperately trying to keep him and there’s a lot of things he like in WWE, and ultimately, it boils down to who will offer the most money.

MJF has been part of AEW since day one and has grown to become one of the most important individuals in the company, currently holding both the AEW World and ROH Tag Team titles.
