Rachel Ellering to make AEW debut tonight in the Deadly Draw women’s tournament

Rachael Ellering, the former NXT star who wrestled under the name Rachel Evers, will be part of the AEW Deadly Draw tournament which continues tonight at 7PM ET on YouTube.

Ellering was one of the many who was released in April and May due to COVID-19 cost-cutting measures. She had signed with WWE in January of last year but in July she suffered a torn ACL during an NXT live event which kept her out for several months. She participated in both Mae Young Classic tournaments while in WWE.

Rachael, who is the daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Paul Ellering, will be teaming up with Dasha Kuret, the backstage interviewer who also was in WWE under the name of Dasha Fuentes. Madusa broke the news to Kuret when she told her its time to pick a color in a backstage segment. This will be Dasha’s first time wrestling for AEW.
