MJF wins the AEW International title in an epic one-hour match

Dynamite 250 started with a big bang, and no, we’re not talking about Sheldon Cooper of the Dynamite lead-in Big Bang Theory, but near one-hour match that saw a new champion crowned.

AEW International champion Will Ospreay wrestled MJF in the opening match of the show, with MJF winning with 59:58 on the clock, just two seconds before the match was about to be stopped for the 60-minute time limit.

The finish saw MJF, now back as a heel, hit the British star with his Dynamite Diamond ring after a ref bump and covering him for the pinfall.

This is MJF’s first run with the AEW International title, ending Ospreay’s 52-day reign.

MJF was held up by a couple of people as doctors put an oxygen mask on him as he celebrated with the title for a great visual.
