Eddie Kingston suffers leg injury at NJPW Resurgence show

Eddie Kingston suffered a leg injury during his match against Gabe Kidd on Saturday at the NJPW Resurgence show in Ontario, California.

Towards the end of the match, Kingston was suplexed from the ring apron and through a table waiting below but Kingston’s leg hit the guard rail hard in the process. He immediately clutched his right leg upon landing.

The former champion was visibly in pain and unfortunately he still had the attack of The Elite to go through before his night was over.

Kingston is part of Team AEW against The Elite for the Anarchy in the Arena match at Double or Nothing in two weeks in Las Vegas.
