Bryan Danielson is officially out of Forbidden Door and Blood & Guts as the former WWE champion is still not medically cleared to compete following the Anarchy in the Arena match at Double or Nothing.

Danielson addressed the AEW crowd at the beginning of Dynamite and said that he was supposed to be part of both events, but as luck would have it, he now has to miss both.

He reassured fans that he’s in top physical condition and will be back in the ring, just not this Sunday or next Wednesday.

Danielson then said he found the one man he trusts to take on Zack Sabre Jr this Sunday but in true heel fashion, he did not reveal the opponent and said people have to tune in this Sunday to see who will take his spot.

The news did not go down well with fans who booed Danielson, but he liked the reaction saying he came out from the bad guys’ tunnel so what did they expect?

Zack Sabre Jr came out to confront Danielson and the two had a stare down, though Sabre remained on the ramp and did not get in the ring.
