Brock Lesnar makes shocking return at SummerSlam, flattens John Cena

The Beast Incarnate is back!

After the main event ended and John Cena was in the ring alone, Brock Lesnar’s theme song hit the speakers at MetLife Stadium and the crowd exploded.

“Holy shit,” Michael Cole screamed without getting bleeped. “The Beast is back!”

With long hair, a cowboy hat, a new shirt, and jeans, Lesnar strolled down the long ramp, never removing his eyes from his target. Once he hit ringside, Lesnar removed his jacket and hat, got in the ring, and ran in the ring.

Cena tried to strike first but Lesnar ducked and hit him with an F5, leaving him motionless.

It must have been some deja vu for Cena as Lesnar made his WWE return 11 years ago from the UFC and did exactly the same to Cena in the main event segment of the show.

This was Lesnar’s first appearance in WWE since SummerSlam 2023 when he lost to Cody Rhodes in their three-match series. Lesnar was named in the Janel Grant lawsuit and was somewhat eliminated from future shows.
