The main event of Full Gear was announced last night and will feature AEW World champion Jon Moxley defending his title against Orange Cassidy.

Cassidy called out the champion in the opening segment of Dynamite and requested the match, which was later made official. They were also involved in a brawl during the broadcast as Moxley’s BCC continues to run riot in AEW.

This is the second time in a row that Moxley and Cassidy will meet each other at Full Gear as last year the two wrestled for the International title, a match which Cassidy won and retained the title as well.

Moxley’s title defense against Cassidy later in November will be his first one since regaining the title at WrestleDream from his former BCC team mate Bryan Danielson.
