Bobby Lashley makes AEW debut on Dynamite

Former WWE champion Bobby Lashley made his AEW debut last night during the Fright Night episode of Dynamite and quickly re-aligned himself with MVP and Shelton Benjamin to get the band back together as The Hurt Syndicate.

After Swerve Strickland defeated Benjamin in the main event of the show, Bobby Lashley came out to the ring in a full suit and took out Strickland. Meanwhile, MVP attacked Prince Nana and Benjamin and Lashley continued to hammer on Strickland despite the attempted interference of several security individuals.

MVP then told the crowd, “Guess who’s back in business,” a nod to their former WWE name Hurt Business.

Lashley is believed to have signed with AEW several weeks ago and was the last piece of the puzzle in this former WWE faction to form in AEW.

Lashley’s WWE contract expired a couple of months ago and has not wrestled since May.
