Elimination Chamber next year is a Smackdown-only PPV

The Elimination Chamber pay-per-view set for February 12 will be a Smackdown-only event. The show will take place at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona with tickets going on sale on December 16.

The general assumption now is that someone from the Raw brand will be winning the Royal Rumble. During the first brand split, the winner of the Elimination Chamber match got to be the number one contender for the other title that the Rumble winner was not challenging. This will be the last Smackdown pay-per-view prior to WrestleMania.
