The Rock now a Guinness World Record holder

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is now a Guinness World Record holder after he managed to take 105 selfies with fans at the premiere of his new movie San Andreas in London, England.

The Rock had to take as many in-focus selfies as he can in a 3 minute period and eventually settled with 105. The previous record was 75.

“I gotta tell you, I consider myself the selfie king and I’m going to break this record in London,” he said before he went over to the fans who were all allocated numbers for the start of the challenge.

An official from the Guinness World Records then analyzed all photos taken – with 105 making the cut – while the movie premiere was going on and after the event he presented The Rock with the framed certificate in front of his fans.
