WWE Women’s World title match off the Clash in Paris card

The WWE Women’s World title match planned for Clash in Paris this Sunday has been taken off the card.

WWE announced yesterday on Raw through a backstage interaction with General Manager Adam Pearce and number one contender Stephanie Vaquer that the match for the vacant title will not be happening in Paris.

Instead, Vaquer’s opponent, a date, and a location to crown the new champion will be revealed next week.

Naomi was set to defend the title against Vaquer in Paris but her pregnancy threw a wrench in the plans, forcing Naomi to relinquish the title.

Vaquer told Pearce that she is disappointed that she was not wrestling in Paris but understands the situation.
