It seems that Stephanie Vaquer will be out of action for the time being.

An unspecified illness is reportedly the reason why Vaquer was not allowed to wrestle this past Monday on Raw, and that same illness will keep her out of action for an undetermined amount of time.

On Raw, the reason given was that it was due to an ankle injury, but Vaquer had competed in Hawaii days earlier. She was scheduled to take on Becky Lynch with the winner crowned the new number one contender for the WWE Women’s World title.

In her absence, Lynch took on Morgan for the title in the main event of the show, a match which ended in a disqualification.

Vaquer has been quite unlucky this year with injuries and she had only just returned from an extended time off following WrestleMania.
