WWE video library leaving Peacock on December 30

All the WWE video library with the exception of some NXT premium live events and Smackdown episodes will be leaving Peacock on December 30. A label with the countdown on when the videos will expire can be seen on the WWE tab on the streaming app.

The WWE library, or WWE Network as it was known back then, moved to Peacock in 2021 for five-years in a deal worth $1 billion. It also included the live broadcast of WWE premium live events which eventually moved to ESPN in September of this year.

WWE has been uploading several of their content on the Vault YouTube channels but it’s believed that the whole library will be shopped around for another massive deal, with both ESPN and Netflix interested in the acquisition.

NXT will remain on Peacock until March 2026 and will be then shopped around as a separate deal once it expires. When that deal is gone too, Smackdown episodes and Saturday Night’s Main Event will be the only WWE programming remaining on Peacock. Smackdown remains there because it airs on USA Network.
