WWE tops YouTube worldwide chart for the month of August

The WWE YouTube channel topped the charts for August in terms of views according to TubeFilter.com and analytics company OpenSlate.

WWE videos ranked number one worldwide with a whopping 456.4 million views for last month, with the LittleBabyBum channel following closely at 448.4 million.

WWE’s rise to the top of YouTube’s ranks last month was largely thanks to SummerSlam, which is WWE’s second biggest pay-per-view of the year behind WrestleMania.

WWE makes money off its YouTube videos which is why the company uploads several content, including original stuff, to the world’s biggest video sharing website.
