WWE SVP of Talent Operations & Strategy James Kimball gone from company

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Wrestling is reporting that James Kimball, WWE’s Senior Vice President of Talent Operations & Strategy, has departed the company.

Kimball’s termination last week came after what was described as an “HR violation” although there was no other information released over his dismissal.

He started with WWE in August 2020 as Vice President of Business Operations within the office of the Chairman and CEO and then was promoted to SVP of Global Talent Strategy & Development in June 2021. He was promoted to his latest position in August 2022.

Prior to joining WWE, Kimball spent 10 years with the UFC and his latest position there was VP of Operations at the UFC Performance Institute.
