WWE sells former production studios in Stamford for $7.5 million

CTInsider.com is reporting that WWE has managed to sell its former production studios located on Hamilton Avenue in Stamford to Developer V20 Group who intends to convert the site into a high-end warehouse for distribution or other uses.

The total value for the location plus two adjacent lands were approximately $7.5 million.

The studios featured 33,000 square feet of space on the ground floor on a three acre lot and the adjacent properties had an additional four acres.

WWE has moved all of its operations to their new state-of-the-art headquarters at Washington Blvd.

Their previous HQ, known as Titan Towers, is still for sale.
