WWE returning to Saudi Arabia in November for Crown Jewel 2022

WWE announced that it will be returning to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for their second premium live event in the country on November 5.

The show will be Crown Jewel and held in Riyadh. No stadium or arena which is hosting the show was announced.

WWE last held Crown Jewel in October of last year at the Mohammed Abdu Arena on the Boulevard in front of 20,000 fans. That event had Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar for the Universal title and Becky Lynch vs Bianca Belair vs Sasha Banks for the Smackdown Women’s title as the top matches. The show is mostly known for the awesome Hell In A Cell match between Edge and Seth Rollins.

WWE traveled to Saudi Arabia in February for the Elimination Chamber show, a show which had a record of 12 women participating.
