WWE deal with X for Speed is for two years weekly original programming

The Hollywood Reporter revealed that WWE’s media rights agreement with X for WWE Speed is for two years and will feature weekly new episodes 52 weeks per year.

THR says that the deal between WWE and X is relatively smaller than the ones for Raw, Smackdown, and NXT, due to its short run time but it shows that the company is ready to “slice rights” and look for new ways to add revenue to their ever-growing portfolio.

X is slowly getting into entertainment, with new exclusive shows announced and will also stream some content from the 2024 Paris Olympics this year along with NBCUniversal.
