WWE announces record-setting crowd at Camping World Stadium for WrestleMania

WWE announced an attendance record of 75,245 for last night’s WrestleMania, breaking the previous record of WrestleMania XXIV in 2008 which had 74,635 fans.

The number is obviously inflated because the stadium recently underwent renovation and the amount of seats were reduced. In addition, thousands of extra seats were missing due to the gigantic set and entrance ramp, which makes the 75,245 figure blown way out of proportion.

WrestleMania 33 was the longest WrestleMania in history in terms of running time, with the show clocking a whooping 5 hours and 10 minutes on the clock in addition to the two hour Kickoff show. The last 9 minutes of the show were the farewell to The Undertaker, with no commentary at all.
