WrestleMania 41 location to be announced “very soon”

During an X Spaces session this week, Paul “Triple H” Levesque said that the location for WrestleMania 41 will be announced very soon.

It has been years since WWE took this long to announce the location of a next WrestleMania as usually it’s either announced before or during the broadcast.

But this year is the first time that the new regime will be choosing the host city and while Minneapolis was in pole position to land the show, it looks like Las Vegas is going to pull a fast one.

There are big rumors that Las Vegas and the Allegiant Stadium will be hosting next year’s Showcase of the Immortals, a decision which will surely not sit well with the powers that be who were in charge of leading the Minneapolis bid. Minneapolis was thought to be a lock and they were just waiting to make a formal announcement before Vegas came into the picture.

At this point, everything is up in the air but the longer the decision is going to take, the chances of Minneapolis getting it decreases.

Minneapolis has never held a WrestleMania while Las Vegas was the host of WrestleMania 9 back in 1993.
