The Tampa Bay Times is reporting that a WrestleMania 36 announcement will be made tomorrow at a news conference in Tampa with WWE and bay area officials on hand for the event.

10 months ago, the Tampa Bay Sports Commission submitted bids to host WrestleMania in either 2023, 2024, or 2025, but they will get their wish a few years before.

“Sources have told the Tampa Bay Times they’ll formally announce Raymond James Stadium as the site of WrestleMania 36 on April 5, 2020,” the report states.

WrestleMania was last in the state of Florida in 2017 as Orlando’s Camping World Stadium hosted WrestleMania 33.
