WCW Nitro week on the WWE Network

It’s WCW Nitro Week on the WWE Network this week and it starts tonight right after Monday Night Raw.

At 11:06PM EST, WWE Network’s newest show Legends with JBL debuts with a sit down interview with former WCW President Eric Bischoff. A preview of the interview ran yesterday during the Night of Champions pay-per-view with JBL asking some interesting questions and Bischoff replying with even more interesting answers.

Tomorrow at 10PM, Diamond Dallas Page hosts Monday Nitro: Top 10, featuring the top 10 moments from the WCW flagship show from the start at the Mall of America, to the nWo, to the Georgia Dome show and much more.

On Wednesday also at 10PM it’s Eric Bischoff’s Top 10 Moments. Bischoff started with WCW as an announcer back in 1991 and rose through the ranks before getting the role of President in 1997. During Nitro’s six year run, there were some pretty good highlights from Bischoff, all of which will be showcased on this show.

On Thursday after Smackdown ends, part two of JBL’s interview with Eric Bischoff will air, discussing the fall of WCW and his debut with the WWE and what the future holds for him.

Apart from these shows, WWE has added 100 new hours of WCW Nitro episodes to the WWE Network. Episodes of Nitro run until early 1998 so far and they still have 3 more years worth of footage to upload.
