The build towards the two Money In The Bank ladder matches will start tonight on Friday Night Smackdown with two qualifying matches.

A men’s and a women’s MITB ladder matches will take place on July 2 and the first two entrants will be decided tonight.

For the men’s match, it will be Drew McIntyre vs Sheamus and in the women’s match it will be Xia Li vs the returning Lacey Evans.

The Money In The Bank ladder matches typically have eight Superstars competing against each other. The COVID-hit 2020 version had six men and six women.
