Triple H today unveiled the brand new NXT North American title which will be up for grabs for the first time this coming Saturday at NXT Takeover: New Orleans.

The belt has a unique look for a WWE/NXT title and is a throwback to an old title. It has maroon-colored leather strap and a big gold center plate with the North America continent on it and two side plates. It looks more of a boxing belt rather than a wrestling one.

The first-ever North American NXT champion will be crowned in a ladder match featuring Killian Dain, EC3, Ricochet, Adam Cole, Lars Sullivan, and Velveteen Dream.
