Ticket information and who can attend Tribute to the Troops

Tickets for the Tribute to the Troops will be distributed to troops and their families around December 1 according to a spokeswoman for Navy Region Mid-Atlantic.

Active-duty personnel and their families who are stationed at Naval Station Norfolk, Naval Air Station Oceana, Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek/Fort Story, Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, and Naval Weapons Station Yorktown are eligible to attend the free TV tapings.

Specific details on how to acquire tickets are still being finalized and will be available in the Flagship Newspaper or Navy Region Mid-Atlantic on Facebook.

WWE Superstars and Divas will be touring the Norfolk area military bases between December 6 and 9.

Tribute to the Troops will air on December 19 on USA Network as a two hour show and then a similar one hour encore will air on December 22 on NBC.
