The teaser trailer for The Marine 3: Homefront, has been released featuring former WWE champion The Miz in the leading role.

The story about this third installment in The Marine WWE Studios’ franchise is about The Miz’s character trying to save a kidnapped family member and stop a terrorist attack masterminded by a militia group.

Randy Orton was supposed to play the lead role however he was replaced by The Miz after the U.S. Marine Corps unit that Orton served with when he was in the military complained about the poor choice since Orton went AWOL and arrested back then.

The Miz is the third guy to play the lead role in The Marine following John Cena and Ted DiBiase.
