The Iron Survivor Challenge will return at NXT Deadline next month, with qualifying matches starting next week on NXT on USA Network.

Introduced last year, the Iron Survivor Challenge pits five different NXT stars in a match lasting 25 minutes. The first two start the match and at every five-minute interval, the remaining wrestlers enter the match. To win the match, you need to earn the most points by scoring a pinfall, submission, or are on the receiving end of a DQ finish. Those who lose each fall must go in a 90-second penalty box.

Men and women’s Iron Survivor Challenge matches were held during the show last year, with both Grayson Waller and Roxanne Perez winning their respective matches. The winners become the #1 contenders for the NXT or NXT Women’s titles.

NXT Deadline takes place on December 9 from the Total Mortgage Arena in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Tickets are available on Ticketmaster.com.
