Stephanie McMahon to speak at Beyond Sport United event in Brooklyn

WWE’s Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon will be at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on August 9 to be part of the Beyond Sport United one-day event, an event that will bring together key players from across the world of sport, business and social change to focus on how sports can be used as a platform to promote diversity and inclusion.

Joining McMahon will be Heads of Diversity for all the major leagues – MLB, MLS, NBA/WNBA, NFL, and NHL, Barry McGuigan, a former Northern Irish boxer and Founder of Cyclone Foundation, Mauricio Sulaiman, the President of World Boxing Council, and Svante Myrick, the Mayor of Ithaca, New York.

McMahon will highlight WWE’s commitment to community partnerships, sharing key insights into WWE’s numerous community outreach programs that are aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion, including Be a STAR, WWE’s anti-bullying campaign, as well as initiatives to support Special Olympics and GLAAD.
