Smackdown opens with showing the Rock’s return from Monday night. Roman Reigns is shown arriving to the arena and Kayla Braxton tried to get a word with him and he just laughed and walked away. Heyman looked at her and was going to say something and decided not to and also walked away.
Kevin Owens VS. Santos Escobar in the finals to see who faces Logan Paul at the Royal Rumble for the United States Championship
Logan Paul came out to be on commentary for the match. Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde came out and fought off Humberto and Garza to the back. Owens immediately took control and hit a swanton but only got the two count.
As Santos ran toward Owens, Owens catches him and turns it into a pop up powerbomb. Owens then hit the stunner and gets the win.
Winner and new #1 contender for the United States Championship: Kevin Owens
Logan Paul immediately got up on the apron and confronted Owens. As Logan kept talking and got in the ring, Owens walked over and punched him with his cast.
Logan Paul is shown walking holding an ice pack on his head and Cathy Kelly tried to interview him and Austin Theory and Grayson Waller walked over and pulled him into the trainer’s office after having a brief argument with a laughing Cameron Grimes.
Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits are out in the ring for a promo. Lashley says the best part of 2023 was linking up with the Street Profits. Dawkins said it’s been a long time since they had those tag team titles and put the Judgment Day on notice. Lashley says he is going to get back to being the All Mighty and has declared for the Royal Rumble.
Just after Lashley said that, Karrion Kross came out with Scarlett and Paul Ellering as AOP are back and attack Lashley and the Profits from behind. They leave Lashley and the Profits laying in the ring.
They show a video package of how the Bloodline took out AJ Styles then his return to Smackdown.
Michin VS. Iyo Sky for the WWE Women’s Championship
After flying out to take out Sky, Sky moves and Michin lands hard on the floor and Sky hit the moonsault and retains her championship.

Paul Heyman is interviewed and said the Rock wants to sit at the head of the table and he is not invited to the table.
Damage Control was celebrating with Iyo and Bianca Belair came in and said she is going to win the Royal Rumble, then she is going to win her title back. Dakota then tells Bayley she needs to handle Bianca.
Pretty Deadly VS. Butch & Tyler Bate
They knock Prince out of the ring and give a double powerbomb to Wilson to get the win.

Ashante is talking with Nick Aldis and Ashante said he is ready.
AJ Styles VS. Randy Orton VS. LA Knight with winner faceing Roman Reigns at the Royal Rumble
All three men are down in the ring and The Bloodline come out. Solo takes out Knight. They then start beating down on Styles and Orton. Solo hits Orton is the ring steps. Roman picks up Styles and gives him a power bomb. They roll Knight back into the ring. As Knight gets to his feet Reigns hits him with a superman punch and the then hit him with a spear.
Now they throw Orton into the ring and as Solo holds him up, Reigns delivers a spear. Nick Aldis, who was at ringside witnessing this pulled Heyman aside and said when he is done celebrating, tell him congratulations he just earned himself a fatal four way with all three of these guys at the Royal Rumble.
