Scott Dawson of The Revival undergoes surgery

ProWrestlingSheet.com is reporting that one half of The Revival – Scott Dawson – underwent successful surgery to repair a torn bicep.

Dawson suffered the injury during a non-televised match against Sheamus and Cesaro last weekend. He wrestled the next day with his arm heavily taped up but was then told the bad news on Monday at Raw.

The former NXT Tag Team title holder is expected to be out of action till December, putting him out of the two big four pay-per-views that remain. The Revival were expected to take on the Hardy Boyz at SummerSlam but that match is now obviously not going to take place.

The Revival have been going through a tough time on the main roster. First Dash Wilder had a jaw injury that put him and the team out of action for a few months and now the injury to Dawson.
