Santos Escobar re-signs with WWE a day after his contract expired

Santos Escobar is no longer a free agent and has reportedly re-signed with WWE, just 24 hours after he departed when his contract expired according to PWInsider.com.

The site stated that Escobar was given a bigger deal than what he was originally offered and also heard him about the creative plans. It was reported earlier that Escobar did not originally sign as there were no concrete creative plans for him and it wasn’t about money.

He has not appeared on WWE television since July when he was part of the first Worlds Collide event in Inglewood, California.

The former WWE Cruiserweight champion originally made his debut in early 2020.
