The first match for the Royal Rumble was made official last night on Smackdown as Bray Wyatt takes on LA Knight in a Pitch Black match.

While the concept of Pitch Black remains unknown so far, the match is being sponsored by Mountain Dew, who just came out with their new Pitch Black flavor.

Knight challenged Wyatt to the match before Uncle Howdy showed up and delivered a Sister Abigail to Wyatt, leaving Knight confused.

The Royal Rumble takes place on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
