Paige vs AJ Lee scene being taped for movie after Raw goes off the air

After Raw goes off the air tonight, a scene from the upcoming movie Fighting With My Family will take place inside the STAPLES Center, with all members of the WWE Universe in attendance being used in the movie.

The scene will be Paige’s WWE debut the night after WrestleMania, when she defeated Divas champion AJ Lee to win the title on her first night on the main roster.

Independent wrestlers Thea Trinidad will be playing the role of AJ Lee while Tessa Blanchard is the stunt double who will be standing in for Florence Pugh. Pugh is playing Page’s character.

“For those who are are new to the wrestling world when you see our movie, just know you’re watching some very unique and special athletes achieve greatness in a male dominated world. Respect is given when it’s earned. Tonight, they earn it,” wrote Dwayne Johnson on his Instagram account.
