The NXT North American title will be on the line in a triple threat match this Sunday at The Great American Bash.

Originally scheduled to be Wes Lee versus Mustafa Ali, plans changed after Dominik Mysterio beat Lee in the main event of last week’s show to capture his first singles gold in WWE.

Mysterio, along with Ripley, were on NXT last night and were interrupted by both Lee and Ali who each demanded a match for the title. Eventually, after a few arguments, all agreed to a triple threat match for the title.

This was the seventh match added to the premium live event card, although one of those matches will be on the Kickoff show.
