NXT and Smackdown this week to air on YouTube for international viewers

With several WWE television deals around the world expiring today, tonight’s NXT and this Friday’s Smackdown will be airing live on YouTube on the WWE channel.

This is only for countries where there’s no active WWE television deal and where a Netflix deal is in place. In the United States, they will continue to air on CW and USA Network respectively.

While WWE on Netflix will go live tomorrow, the first live broadcast will be next week’s Raw on January 6 so that left NXT and Smackdown homeless for the week.

The shows will air on Netflix starting from next week’s episodes.
