NXT will not be airing live on Christmas and New Year’s Day and while no announcements have been made yet, it’s more likely that taped matches or some other kind of TV special will air instead.

A couple of matches were taped on Wednesday prior to NXT going live on USA which also included the North American title on the line in a match between Roderick Strong and Austin Theory.

The next live event at Full Sail University that will air on USA Network will happen on January 8. On the contrary, All Elite Wrestling will be going live on January 1 with a show from Jacksonville, Florida at the Daily’s Place.
