Nikki Bella says return to the ring unlikely due to injuries

Appearing on Ariane Andrew’s Sippin’ The Tea podcast along with her twin sister, Brie Bella, Nikki did not have good news about her future when it comes to a return to the ring.

The twins have been saying that they’re targeting for another run in 2022 and take the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles but now it seems like Nikki cannot get back in the ring.

She said she’d love to wrestle in front of her son, “but because he is my everything, I have to listen to the doctors. And as of now, they’ve put me on the retired bench for life,” Nikki said.

The former Divas champ added that for her to get cleared, she’ll have to undergo many different scans, x-rays, and tests, “and that would be unlikely, that will be years down the road.”

Nikki last wrestled at the Evolution all-women’s pay-per-view in October 2018, losing in the main event to Ronda Rousey.
