Natalya became the number one contender for the Raw Women’s title after she won a gauntlet match last night on Raw.

A total of eight women participated in this match with Bayley defeating Alicia Fox and then Dana Brooke. Mickie James defeated Bayley but Ember Moon then came out next and pinned her. Natalya then cleaned house, defeating Ember Moon, Ruby Riott, and Sasha Banks in the final match with the sharpshooter.

The Raw Women’s champion Ronda Rousey then came out to congratulate her friend Natalya. The two shook hands and hugged before leaving the ring together.

The gauntlet match was the main event of Raw, making it two nights in a row that the women main evented a WWE show following the TLC match last night on pay-per-view.

Natalya will take on Ronda Rousey on next week’s Christmas Eve episode of Raw which was taped last night.
