Appearing on a bonus segment on the What’s Your Story? Podcast with Stephanie McMahon, Naomi and Jimmy Uso gave more details on the pregnancy.

Naomi said that she was in a hotel room on Sunday, August 10 when she did a pregnancy test to “kinda rule it out” as she was feeling a little bit off. She mentioned that she had a lot of fertility issues throughout her life so she did not think it was possible.

That day was the day before she was supposed to defend the title against Iyo Sky on Raw and her match was pulled off the card. Naomi did further tests which revealed she was actually seven weeks pregnant, so she was already unknowingly pregnant at SummerSlam when she defended the title against Rhea Ripley and Sky.

An emotional Naomi also discussed how health issues almost made it impossible for her to have a baby the natural way, detailing the removal of her right ovary before she made her main roster debut and five years ago undergoing surgery to remove “tons” of fibroids from her uterus.

The now-former WWE Women’s World champion said that everything is good so far and she just has to have checkups more often since she’s graded as a high-risk pregnancy.

Earlier in the podcast, McMahon joked with Jimmy Uso saying he didn’t proceed with caution and he said he proceeded with caution for a long time before!
