Multiple industry insiders are reporting that Austin Theory was the hooded masked man who appeared at the Survivor Series to help The Vision win WarGames.

Towards the end of the match, a man wearing all black covered from head to toe climbed the cage and then had a stare down with Punk. Punk, who was still on his knees, received a super kick and then a stomp.

The man then quickly climbed the cage and exited as Bron Breakker took advantage of the situation, ran the ropes and speared the WWE World Heavyweight champion, covering him for the pin.

Theory has not wrestled since mid-July and dropped from WWE programming due to an undisclosed injury.
