Rey Mysterio has challenged Roman Reigns for a Universal title shot inside Hell In A Cell for next weekend’s pay-per-view.

On Smackdown, Rey called out Reigns to address his assault on his son and himself from a week ago. After issuing the challenge and before he could even reply, Mysterio attacked the Universal champion with a kendo stick. Reigns managed to get in a Superman Punch, taking out Rey.

Dominik then appeared out of nowhere with another kendo stick, but the champion recovered, and the Mysterios paid for their mistake. Reigns got ahold of the young Mysterio and in an impressive visual, ran and powerbombed him from the ring, over the top rope and on to the floor.

After Rey hit another kendo stick on Reigns, he went to tend to his son but Reigns once again unleashed another attack on Rey to end the show.
