Motor City Machine Guns to debut next week on Smackdown

The Motor City Machine Guns are coming next week to Friday Night Smackdown.

The in-ring veterans’ latest vignette aired last night, this time with the addition of helicopters and more distinctive images of Detroit. A sprayed “MCMG” also quickly flashed on the screen before their debut was announced.

In a later backstage segment, Smackdown General Manager Nick Aldis told DIY and The Street Profits that a new team was making its debut next week.

This will be their WWE debut, although Alex Shelley did participate in NXT for a couple of weeks in 2020. Chris Sabin never worked for WWE before.
