Mercedes Martinez removed from Retribution, returning to NXT

Mercedes Martinez, who had the name of Retaliation in the Retribution faction, is being sent back to NXT according to PWInsider.com.

Martinez and Mia Yim were the lead female members in Retribution along with Dominik Dijakovic (T-Bar), Dio Maddin (Mace), and Shane Thorne (Slapjack).

The 39-year-old signed a WWE deal in January of this year and formed part of NXT. She had her last match in NXT against Rhea Ripley on September 8 and then appeared on Raw with Retribution on the September 21 episode.

WWE is still listing the name Retaliation as part of the Retribution group for the draft so the part might be filled by another female.
